Shipping and Returns

We deliver to all and any postal address around the world. Courier companies do not deliver to P.O.Box address, so we request you to provide full street address with pin code / zip code.

Please note that there are no shipments made from the store on Sundays and public holidays.

Please note that all the products will be shipped from Hyderabad.

Shipment with in India will be sent by Speed Post or any other courier service. If it’s a big consignment then we will send by Angadia.

We do prefer to deal with FedEx out of India for their safest and fastest professional service. We can also send through DTDC or DHL. We do provide courier options while billing & the selected courier option price will be added to your bill. If you request any other courier, we can ship through them too.

Shipping Cost :

  • We offer FREE delivery to any address in Hyderabad to our customers. Please be sure to include the COMPLETE postal address with the correct Contact number.
  • Please also note that the shipping rates are weight based. International shipping and handling rates is based on the size of your order: the larger you order, the lower the rate.
  • Total Shipping bill will be added to the customer’s final Invoice.

Shipment Tracking :

  • We will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier. These alert emails will contain the tracking number and courier company’s website details along with expected date of delivery.
  • Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take 24 business hours to become active on the courier websites.

Courier Issues :

  • Please note: some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and zip code do not match. The customer will, without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties and/or fees; we will not bear any charges. Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
  • In rare cases, delays might occur due to Customs clearance delays, flight delays, inability of manufacturers to deliver orders due to ill-health or other unavoidable circumstances. However we always try our level best to ensure delivery within the number of days to delivery as informed in our post-order communication to the customer.
  • The consignment will be delivered to the buyer's specified address by the consignment carrier, after the clearance of all the customs formalities.
  • If the outer packing is damaged or tampered with, do verify the items quality and quantity with invoice before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting suitable remark on the proof of delivery. Also lodge proper complain with the local office of the courier agency, so that we may pursue them.

VAT / Custom Duties :

  • VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not in our control. They vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer. VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process, but may be charged to you by your government.
  • International customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees levied by their country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict where they will occur, as policies vary greatly from nation to nation.
  • They are entirely your responsibility. The courier company may also charge some additional service charges over and above custom duty on case to case basis.

 

Cancellation, Replacement & Refund Policy

Your complete shopping satisfaction is our No.1 Priority. We want you happy each and every time you buy from us. However if due to some unforeseen situation you are not happy with the product then the following terms apply for a mutually consented resolution of the situation.

 

Cancellation Policy :

  • In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the amount by deducting some fee for the transaction penalty we face within 7 days. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us.

 

Replacement & Refund Policy :

  • If you receive an item in damaged condition or somehow if the item you received was not the item you ordered, then please do contact us as soon as you receive the item in question. We promise that we will offer you the best possible solution.
  • It is advised not to return the item without informing us. It is very vital that you do not send back the item until you have verified with us. In such a situation, no credit or replacement shall be given.
  • If we are unable to deliver the original ordered item due to unavoidable reasons, then according to our terms we will request you to select an alternate item and express ship the same to you with no extra shipping cost. Well, if no alternate selection is desired by a customer, then the company will refund you in full with no deduction whatsoever.
  • Any shipping costs of sending back to India above what customer paid for shipping charges while receiving them from India are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Refunds would not be accepted for custom made / stitched clothing.
  • Any complaint with regards to the damage or stains or any other should be reported to us within 24 hrs of the receiving of the products. We may ask for digital picture of the same in order to review the same.
  • In case of product exchange, we will issue send the exchanged product once we received the product you sent back at our office. But then customer has to bear the shipping charges.
  • www.uppada.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, Mastro, American Express, select Debit Cards, Net Banking, Cheque/DD, Bank Transfer and Direct Bank Deposits. If the payment was made (paid through credit card/debit card/net banking), the amount is refunded in the same account as you had made payment.

Return Guidelines :

  • Always report your problems associated with the item, order, packaging etc right on time. You must be as specific as possible at the time of filing your complain.
  • Always try to return your item using registered airmail or courier service to provide proof of delivery. If something happens in the transit and if the item is not delivered to us, it is impossible to help you. So make sure to rely upon reliable courier agency.
  • Please return the item within 7 working days of confirmation. Try to keep that item in original packing and condition.
  • We will examine the garments, returned by you and we will try to figure out what went wrong and take immediate steps to prevent such problems from re-occurring.
